Mae ambell i ffasiwn fel ‘Gwener y Gwario’ a ‘Llun Prynu Ar-lein’ yn croesi’r Iwerydd ac yn ymwreiddio yng nghalendr gwledydd Prydain. Mae Calan Gaeaf yn enghraifft sydd bellach wedi goddiweddyd Gŵyl San Ffolant i fod y drydedd ŵyl fwyaf ar ôl y Nadolig a’r Pasg, gan esgor ar y ffasiwn ‘Parc Pwmpenni’ sy’n dechrau ennill ei phlwyf. Ond beth sydd angen i dyfwyr sy’n rheoli ffermydd ‘Casglu eich hun’ ei wybod? Dyma’r ail yn ein cyfres o gynghorion i’r diwydiant. Yn y rhifyn hwn edrychwn ar sut y gall strategaeth farchnata ar-lein effeithiol wneud byd o wahaniaeth, pwysigrwydd cynnal eich cnydau a sut i sicrhau presenoldeb mawr trwy adolygiadau ar-lein.

Beth ddysgwyd yn y rhifyn diwethaf?

Yn rhan gyntaf y daflen ffeithiau hon, edrychwyd ar y modd y mae’r farchnad yn newid i fentrau casglu eich hun, gan archwilio’r rhesymau sy’n gyrru galw cwsmeriaid. O dwf y cyfryngau cymdeithasol, i ymwybyddiaeth prynwyr o faterion cynaliadwyedd, galw am dryloywder yn y gadwyn gyflenwi a’r duedd gynyddol tuag at wario mwy ar ‘brofiadau’ yn hytrach na nwyddau.

Dyma’r pwyntiau dysgu allweddol a nodwyd yn rhan un:

  • Os ydych yn ystyried, neu wrthi yn sefydlu busnes Casglu Eich Hun, gofalwch wneud eich ymchwil a gwrando ar gyngor. Ac os oes gennych atyniad Casglu Eich Hun yn barod, daliwch i ddysgu ac i wella’r hyn sydd gennych i’w gynnig.
  • Profiad y cwsmeriaid ddylai fod yn flaenaf yn eich meddwl. Meddyliwch am y daith rydych am fynd â’ch cwsmeriaid arni: beth hoffech chi iddyn nhw ei wneud, a beth hoffech chi iddyn nhw ei brynu? Defnyddiwch arwyddion, llwybrau a byrddau arddangos i arwain llif y cwsmeriaid.
  • Meddyliwch am yr ychwanegolion – beth arall allwch chi ei gynnig? Caffi, o bosib, yn cynnig bwydydd a diodydd lleol? Eitemau ychwanegol i’w prynu fel citiau gwneud jam? Cymerwch amser i feddwl am beth allai eich cwsmeriaid ei ddewis, a gwnewch hi’n hawdd iddynt ei brynu.

Sicrhewch sgôr 5 *- Awgrymiadau Technegol a Marchnata

mae marchnata a chreu perthynas gyda’r cwsmeriaid yn allweddol i lwyddiant eich menter Casglu Eich Hun. Mae hanner cyntaf y daflen ffeithiau hon yn canolbwyntio ar wneud y gorau o farchnata ar-lein a’r cyfryngau cymdeithasol.

Ond dim ond hanner yr her yw denu pobl i mewn drwy’r drws. Gyda’r cynnydd mewn safleoedd adolygu ar-lein fel Google a TripAdvisor mae’n haws nag erioed i gwsmeriaid anfodlon rannu eu cwynion gyda chyd-gwsmeriaid.

Mae 90% o ddefnyddwyr yn dweud eu bod yn edrych ar adolygiadau ar-lein cyn penderfynu ymweld â busnes, a dywed 88% o ddefnyddwyr eu bod yn ymddiried llawn gymaint mewn adolygiadau ar-lein ag mewn argymhellion personol. Felly, gallech redeg yr ymgyrch farchnata orau yn y byd, ond os nad yw profiad y cwsmer go iawn yn ateb y disgwyliadau, fydd gan eich cwsmeriaid ddim ofn dweud hynny, a hynny ar goedd, gan danseilio’ch gwaith caled. Yn ail hanner y daflen ffeithiau hon rhoddir ambell gyngor technegol gwerthfawr i sicrhau y cewch chi farc 5*.
