Ansawdd Hadau

Mae ansawdd yn thema barhaus drwy gydol y broses gyfan o gynhyrchu hadau.

Pam mae ansawdd hadau’n bwysig?

Mae cynhyrchwyr hadau am gynhyrchu hadau o’r ansawdd gorau.  Fel tyfwyr, gwyddom y bydd hadau o ansawdd da yn dangos cyfraddau egino gwell ac mae modd eu storio am fwy o amser. Maent yn cynhyrchu planhigion iachach gyda mwy o ymwrthedd i blâu a chlefydau a byddant yn cynhyrchu cnwd da.

  • Mae’n bwysig mewn garddwriaeth organig.
  • Yn gyffredinol, po fwyaf tew, trwm ac aeddfed yw’r had, gorau oll yw’r ansawdd.
  • Yn ogystal ag ansawdd yr had unigol, gellid disgrifio ansawdd hefyd fel ‘purdeb’ y stoc hadau a gynaeafir yn ei chyfanrwydd.
  • Bydd gan stoc derfynol o hadau o ansawdd da ganran uchel o hadau ‘pur’ a chyfran isel iawn o sylweddau anadweithiol. e. rhannau o hadau anymarferol, hadau heb gôt hadau, pridd, cerrig bach, cyrff ffwngaidd a hadau chwyn.

Mae'r taflen cyngor yn cynnwys:

Cnydau Hadau Iach

Planhigion iach = hadau iach

Mae tyfu’n ffactor eithriadol o bwysig o ran ansawdd hadau. Bydd darparu’r amodau tyfu gorau posibl ar gyfer eich cnwd yn cynhyrchu planhigion iach ac egnïol i arbed hadau.  Bydd planhigion dan straen yn cynhyrchu blodau a hadau fel yr ymdrech olaf i oroesi, ond ni fydd yr hadau o’r ansawdd gorau.

Plâu a Chlefydau Hadau

Yn gyffredinol, gall problemau o ran plâu a chlefydau wanhau iechyd planhigion yn sylweddol ac, o ganlyniad, ansawdd hadau.  Mae potensial hefyd i glefydau gael eu trosglwyddo i'r genhedlaeth nesaf drwy hadau heintiedig.

Clefydau a Gludir gan Hadau a Phathogenau?

Sut rydyn ni’n gwybod pryd mae clefyd neu bathogen yn cael ei gario ai peidio? Os yw pathogenau’n cael ‘dechreuad cynnar’ drwy fod eisoes yn bresennol ar yr had pan gaiff ei hau, byddant yn cael effaith llawer mwy negyddol ar y planhigyn sy’n datblygu.

Triniaethau Hadau

Mae rhai triniaethau hadau organig ar gael i leihau pathogenau bacteriol a ffwngaidd.
