Horticulture Leaders Forum
Following it launch in 2021, Tyfu Cymru’s Leaders Forum returns this spring. The Leaders Forum aims to provide Welsh horticulture businesses with a range of commercial skills to help capitalise on opportunities for growth and to future proof the industry.
Eligible business learned from industry leaders and specialist trainers through a series of facilitated panel sessions and bite sized masterclasses, with opportunities for participants to gain access to 121 leadership coaching from experienced mentors.
Designed for owners, senior managers and aspiring managers from ambitious horticulture businesses in Wales. The Horticulture Leaders Forum was delivered online to fit around the busy schedules of participants.
