Little Welsh originally established in 2014, born from Jo’s passion for all things food. My first cheeses include a Mature Cheddar, Caerphilly and a Gouda style cheese. They are handmade the traditional way and are suitable for vegetarians. The cheeses are pressed and then left to mature, some in their own natural rind, underground in my tailor-made cheese cave in the cellar of Hope Mountain Bed and Breakfast.
Since, Jo has began to offer Health & Safety training. Putting her extensive knowledge and years of experience having worked in the industry to great use. As part of that Jo has also organised a range of relaxed cookery classes and workshops to suite all abilities, from the purpose built facility within the B&B.
