This meeting is aimed at established growers who are part of or would like to join the Tyfu Cymru Soft fruit Network.
Chris Creed (Senior Horticulture Consultant, ADAS) will deliver an interactive workshop looking at how the 2021 Season has gone. He will talk about how to focus on crop supply and management with a targeted approach and where overwintered crops fit in and any production issues. With PYO visitors significantly increasing this will be a good opportunity to review before planning for next year’s season. Now is a good time to get plant orders sorted. In this workshop there will also be opportunity to review pest and disease routines discuss IPDM Successes and failures and see how you could continue to use this approach.
