Would you like a horticulture tradestand at the 2020 RWAS Smallholding & Countryside Festival?

The RWAS Smallholding & Countryside Festival will be held on the 16 & 17 May 2020 at the Royal Welsh Showground, Llanelwedd, Builth Wells. Further information on the Smallholding & Countryside Festival can be found here: https://rwas.wales/smallholding-and-countryside-festival/
Tyfu Cymru have again been asked to organise the tradestands in the Members Centre and we are pleased to offer our growers a fantastic opportunity to participate in this popular event.
The Members Centre is situated in a prime location at the event as it is used for the entrance and exit for members of the public with the main car park situated to the rear of the building.
Growers will have the opportunity to showcase and sell their products during the two-day event.
Tyfu Cymru will support growers for a maximum of two years by providing free tradestand space at the Smallholding & Countryside Festival. Once growers have exhibited with Tyfu Cymru for two years they will then be given the opportunity to book a tradestand at the event with the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society.
Due to the nature of this opportunity, spaces will be allocated through an application process. We will be looking for growers representing a cross section of the horticulture industry who have the capacity and resources to deliver the two-day event. Successful growers will be expected to work with Tyfu Cymru in the build up to the event to provide input and suggestions in to the look and feel of the room. This is our opportunity to showcase the best of the Welsh Horticulture Industry, so lets work together to show what we can do!
In 2019 Tyfu Cymru only had tradestands situated within the building, however, for 2020 we will be looking to expand to outside the building as well.
Growers will be able to offer their knowledge and expertise during the Festival.
